I’ve spent part of the morning and part of the evening for that matter, going through and spot cleaning, watering, and looking at my ball pythons. I sometimes forget that to most people 300 snakes is a lot of animals, but to me it’s just collection that I’ve worked with for over a decade. I have several of my favorites that are about to shed, with one being my Super Pastel Axanthic female. She’s going to be killer once she sheds her skin…
One of my pastel spiders from a dinker project shed out yesterday and he’s looking great. I love the high white on him.
He is really looking good! In other news, I have been feeding my adult breeding females extra the last few months so they will pack on extra weight for egg production. I’ve planned for 2017 to be the best year ever for my ball python breeding operation. I’m really looking forward to seeing all the new colors and combos I create. It’s going to be absolutely amazing.
And as its developing, whether it is locks, ovulations, prelay sheds, egg laying, incubation, hatching and feeding babies, I’m going to be posting it here, so everyone can stay up to date with what’s going on. I know I’ve been slack with posting but that’s because of law school.
I’m really looking forward to all the opportunities that are coming my way because of the snakes!
